"Avoid unless you don't mind waiting."

Turned up on time for appointment, 20 minutes later, still not been seen. This was for cervical screening so was anxious already, the wait just added more pressure. I had to leave as I had another appointment and am unable to attend for 2 months due to work commitments. I've decided to change to a different surgery as the delay in being seen has gradually got worse and worse.

I don't expect to be seen the minute I show up, however, this is a service I respect and in any other area of business if you are kept waiting for an extended period of time there would be hell to pay. Here's hoping I have no cancerous cells. I will be making a formal complaint.
