I came here only for the consultation and I wish wish wish I had my procedure here too! I was told by a friend a year ago that this clinic was dirty and dodgy looking, but coming here in Aug 2016 I thought the complete opposite. The location is in a discreet backroad in Richmond, but close enough to bus stops. It was a very hot day but they had a fan in the waiting room to cool us down. All, and I say ALL of your staff were lovely, non-judgemental and made me feel as comfortable as one can be going through such a tough time. I'm a young woman compared to others in the waiting room at 19 years old, yet this didn't prevent the nurses from treating me professionally and with respect like they would with older patients. I had no idea with what to do or what was best for me to do but the nurse comforted me whilst being really informative and made sure I understood everything. Unfortunately I couldn't have my procedure here as I couldn't think of anything worse than going back to my family home in London afterwards as they were unaware. So I went to the another clinic so I could stay in my flat and completely regret it. I had such a bad experience with the staff at this other clinic it really showed the difference in quality, you have such a great team at Richmond compared to other clinics! The only criticism I have is the ridiculously long wait times. Also, this isn't your fault as you can't help the characters of other patients but one middle-aged lady would not keep her eyes off me in the waiting room and gave me dirty looks whenever I looked up which I thought was odd and made me super uncomfortable - but my partner helped distract me from her. Very strange, but unavoidable as some women aren't nice and not the clinics fault. I just want to say a massive thank you to all the nurses and receptionists who saw me at Richmond, keep being lovely humans you're making loads of young girls feel comfortable during such a low point in their lives. Thank you!
"Lovely staff, thank you!"
