I have been a regular patient at the day treatment centre as part of a venesection programme after my diagnosis of haemachromatosis for the past 5 months. My weekly visits to offload blood have been made tolerable because of the staff providing the care. From reception staff at the front desk to the nurses who have taken my blood. I have always been treated with dignity, respect and kindness.
I have been looked after by nurses who have been extremely kind and caring and are a credit to their profession. Thank you
