"Vile ward vile staff ward 8"

About: Moseley Hall Hospital

Had a stroke October 2015 2 weeks at Qe 4 weeks at Mosley hall ward 8 where I met rude and uncaring staff on one occasion at night I pressed for assistance after a little accident with a wee bottle to which the night staff looked at me like so what and said would you like a cup off tea.to which I said no and they walked off 5mins later still laying in a wet bed i pressed again same staff comes back and says it does not matter how many times you press bell no one is coming now they are doing meds. And walks off I had to ring mother in law who rang up and 10 mins later someone comes to change wet things staff moved slowly and only moved quickly when going for a break and they hated if you had a partner there I think they felt put out with her watching them working slowly I heard two night staff on occasion say don't give a patient another wee bottle he has already had two if someone wanted help four of us would press bells or no one would come. There was 4 good staff if that I was also told by a staff where was I having my lunch before I could answer they said you can't have it in the day. Room as patients which I was one didn't like people In there oh and my phone one night 24 November just gone 3am night staff come to do there checks my phone is on the table when staff leave my phone has gone as I had used what's app so knew it was on the table I asked for police to be called was told they was coming never did see them people think because you had a stroke now you can't hear what they are saying having a bed wash one morning and I hear a staff say to another staff that they mean it is ok turning round one way but the other way is a dead weight my last night I stayed awake because I didn't want to miss going home so you hear the night staff more I was going at 11 30am these night staff who we on the ward heard one say well I'm just swallowing you really didn't have a clue what they were doing they came to give me a showered at 4 am they asked how do I transfer I said Sara stedy they didn't know what it was until a patient shouted Sara stedy so. No way was I having a shower I waited till daylight then had my last shower not a nice place at all for me sorry .
