"The professioalism of the Doctors ..."

What I liked

The professioalism of the Doctors and especially Nurses. The one -to - one Nurse on CCU Ward who was fantastic, helpfull, cheerfull and smiling !.

Food was good, but hungry at night !.

What could be improved

The cleaners who are on duty during shift-change over, show willing by cleaning in the public areas and then hide in their office telephoning boyfriends..nobody checking they are doing jobs, night shift dont care, day shift assume... I think some of these cleaners do not want to tire themselves out as they have the next job to go to. My actual Ward where beds were , wasnot cleaned for the 4 days I was a aptient and my bed linen not changed / made either.

One Emergency exit blocked by cleaning equipement, carts, signs and possibly locked...

Night Nurses who go to sleep in side rooms or fall asleep in the chair, at the Nurses Station.

Lack of maintenance re 2 TV's on ward free for patients but one with a faulty arial lead the other with no arial ( a yale key wedged in back ) so terrible pictures and intermitant signal reception.
