"Vital Treatment that probably saved me with a..."

Absolute brilliant service - Phoned the 111 Service - never used before as I never normally see a doctor normally only when in urgent need, spoke to a person whom asked lots of questions relating to my condition, (good on them) given a time slot at my local Urgent care Centre (note the word urgent and time slot). Upon arrival feeling really unwell with a severe leg condition having seen my own surgery practice in the week I was under the impression I would be seen quickly within my time slot. Waited well over an hour with many people just dropping in seemed like a social event thing, it seemed many were just time wasting from the impressions I got inside the waiting room. At one point I felt that sick,nausea and ashamed I did not want to lose my slot should my name be called out, I had to wait my turn further. So be prepared for a long wait through many time wasters it seems so nothing to do with the service. Having received my treatment though I can assure you its well worth the wait if you can manage - will be treated with a very professional doctor, my had even got a second opinion of my severe condition as my doctor could see I was in Urgent care of medication and perhaps referrals. Rate this service as a brilliant alternative to the AnE but again due to the public demand of its the time wasters that spoil this service for the genuine Urgent Care as it describes itself. Great shame I valued this service as outstandingly very high and I would most definitely use this service but only when in Urgent need as it describes of course.
