"Poor call back"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

I received a letter regarding my injury for 10.30am today. The letter stated that I could be called 30 minutes either side of the slotted appointment time. It is now 12.06 and still no call from them.I tried calling them and guess what? No answer! Diabolical service!
