"reception staff are rude"

About: New Cross Hospital

I am absolutley disgusted in the way your reception team on your a&e department speak to people. They are rude and unsympathetic to the ill and their familys. However there was one member of staff on there who was happy to help i cant say much for the other recpetionist this has happened on many occasions. If that was there family they wouldnt be happy with this treat others as youd like to be treated.
