I underwent operations on 30th June and 4th August.
The treatment that I received from all staff, viz. surgeons, anaesthetist and nurses was first class.
I was aware of the hard work undertaken by the nurses, since the wards ACU 3 and ACU 7 in which I was treated were chronically under staffed.
Despite this under staffing, the nurses were cheerful and obviously devoted to the care of the patients.
The under staffing is not a criticism of management;
I suspect that it is caused by under funding.
