"Ward 14 staff"

I just wanted to say a 'Huge Thanks' to all the staff I came across on ward 14 on my stay there yesterday. They were all so genuinely kind and caring to me, which makes a massive difference as a patient and is a integral part of nursing which some people tend to forget. Human kindness is everything when you are not in the best of health or a about to embark upon an op of some kind. It is rare to find a ward with so many genuinely lovely people. A credit to Barnsley hospital. There was nothing that the staff did that upset or worried me, I wasn't left to my own devices or waiting for anything which I have experienced before in other hospitals, just silly mistakes make your stay uneasy and worried that your not in capable hands but this was certainly not the case here. Nurses don't receive enough credit in my opinion, you deserve a medal and beyond. Thanks again Vicky Horkan.
