"Medical staff excellent Reception not."

Medical staff were excellent and I can not fault them however a receptionist came across as very rude and seemed almost angry when myself and my Husband arrived at reception to book him in, thought maybe they were having a bad day until I noticed they were perfectly cordial with everyone else.
