"Ultrasound appointment at Solihull Hospital"

(as the patient),

I arrived early by 20mins and thought I'd be sat around for ages but this was not the case. After 5 mins I was asked to come through by a lovely nurse who was very reassuring and caring. My dignity was kept as much as possible and then she introduced me to the Doctor performing the test. Both were easy to talk to and professional.

Car parking again was excellent at the hospital.  I even managed to arrive and be seen within 30mins so had a bonus of no parking fees☺️

I am so pleased to read that you were called through within a few minutes of your arrival, and that the required examination was carried out promptly, in a professional and caring way.

I am also pleased to note that you were able to benefit in the best way by being seen and sorted out within the 30 minutes window of free parking!

I will ensure that your feedback is highlighted to the Radiology Management Team who will be thrilled to read your comments and ensure that it is communicated to the Radiology and Ultrasound Team at Solihull Hospital.
