"Feeling humbled"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Having worked for the NHS for 32 years you actually can take things for granted. I'm well on the road to recovery and it's thanks to the care and dedication of all the doctors nurses and paramedics who made sure I was given excellent and effective treatment and I thank each and every one of them. Thanks Wishaw General for your excellent care and attention and that I still here today to write this. A special thanks to HDU and resus staff as well as police services who even took the time to feed my pets. Feeling humbled.

Dear Miss hattie,

Sorry to hear that you have been unwell and I do hope you have made a full recovery. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience with us, staff will be delighted to receive your feedback and I will share your post with them.

It is often difficult being a patient when you work in the NHS and I am so glad that you are humbled by your experience,

Kind Regards,

Gillian
