All of this in less than 24 hours....10. 45am GP appointment, 12. 30pm chest X-ray, 5pm GP phoned, 5. 30pm GP appointment, 10. 30am ambulatory care for drainage of pleural effusion. This is the NHS at its best - we moan about not getting appointments, we moan about waiting times and locum GP's but when it matters they step up.....That's what matters!
