"Visiting hours not on website"

As visiting hours not on website, called on a Sunday and was supposedly transferred to the out of hours operator from whom I never had a response.

I'm very sorry that information about visiting times wasn’t on our website. I’ve spoken to our communications team and they have assured me that they are working to improve the quality of information we publish about our services and will rectify this asap. In regards to the difficulties you experienced trying to get through to the correct ward, this is also concerning. We have an automated switchboard at Mill View and the options on the message lists all the wards, so I'm sorry that this seems not to have worked in this instance.
