"ward 32 gynaecology"

I had a pre admission appointment with a nurse named Karen who was absolutely lovely and took a lot of time talking to me and made me feel so much better about my procedure. She also came and spoke to me when I was being admitted to the ward which I thought was very kind of her. The staff who looked after me could not have been more sensitive and kind, they made a horrendous situation bearable and did an amazing job and I will always appreciate them and how they were on that day, it was a positive experience to have them look after me on a very upsetting day.
