"It took a 3 hour wait for them to tell me they..."

I sat for 3 hours if not more waiting for them to tell me they were unable to treat me.

While I waited with a bleeding arm for this time people with sprains went straight in.. Surely they could have told me to go to A&E quicker than the 3 hours...but instead I sat there bleeding for quite a few hours.
