"Hope I wont need to come back again"

About: Wexham Park Hospital

Have been waiting for my appointment over an hour even thought I was there half an hour earlier to make sure I am not late. Staff in hospital seems to be unorganised. Hope I won't have any reason to come back there again.

I'm sorry that you were kept waiting for your appointment.

I'm not sure what happened here but sometimes the doctors have to deal with emergencies.

That said I would expect the clinic staff to keep you up to date, and apologise for any delays.
