My father was admitted to ward 5 several weeks ago for complicated and complex needs which includes respiritory. The care has been outstanding! I have been on the ward for several hours a day for over a month and the care,dignity and respect is always 5* for all the patients. I can not praise the staff enough.
The doctors have kept us informed at all times, and the extended services such as dietary and physio have been lovely. I must praise the ward manager because I believe the care and compassion is the ward ethos.
