What I liked
The doctor was very nice
What could be improved
Everything else! The nurses seemed to not care at all. I was shocked by how uncaring the nurses were
Anything else?
My older sister was attacked on the street and seriously beaten, she was taken to A&E in an ambulance. The nurses in particular seemed to just not care at all. They failed to liase with the police in any way. My sister's face was completely covered in blood and saliva and we were scared to clean it off ourselves because there was so much of it that we couldn't see if there were wounds underneath. I went to approach the nurses to ask them to help us clean her face in any way, they ignored me completely the first time (there was a group standing around chatting), the second time I started to get upset and they finally told us: just use some paper towel. We had to do it ourselves and the paper was very, very rough on my sister's face. They completely did not seem to comprehend that this was my sister and that she was seriously injured and in a lot of pain. The Nurses at this A&E have cruel, cold hearts. They ignored us completely and left my sister suffering for hours.
