About: South Tyneside District Hospital

Accompanied an elderly friend for investigations around bowel and bladder problems.

All outpatient staff - doctors, nurses, appointment clerks were all professional and friendly.

Explanations were offered and possible outcomes discussed.

After hearing some criticism of the hospital I was very impressed.

Well done all concerned - general medicine and urology.
