What could be improved

Consultant only visited twice in the space of a month, more visits required, quality of care - lack of communication between doctors, sisters, nurses and assistants.

Medication including antibiotics forgot several times especially on changeover. Pain killers 2 hours late 4 times when in serious pain.

I was sorry to learn that you feel the quality of care provided could be improved and there was a lack of communication between staff. Could you please let us know which Ward you were on as an inpatient as this will help us to identify where improvements need to be made.
