My child stayed there last year and from start to finish I found the service to be incompetent. Initially they asked someone with an eating disorder what their meal plan was . They admitted her on this meal plan despite me showing the actual meal plan containing 1000 kcal a day less than she was already eating at home . This resulted in a loss of 2.5 kg in only 10 days. When I spoke to staff ( when someone decided to pick up the phone ) I found they did not have a clue what was going on . I do t know if that was due to a lack of recording. Either way they gave conflicting information. What I found mirrors what CQC found during inspections
