"Cataract Operation under Local Anaesthetic"

I would like to praise the standard of service that I received at Ashford Hospital when I had a cataract operation under local anaesthetic.

The nurses in the pre-operation room and in the operating theatre were so kind, caring and very professional.

And of course the surgeon, was absolutely amazing. With their calm and reassuring voice made the whole procedure go in minutes. I am so very grateful to the surgeon.

I was also very impressed and happy with the pre-operation consultations and the follow up after the operation.

This took place at both Ashford and St Peter's Hospital.

Please pass my comments on to the staff involved.
