I was very worried about my appointment with Unit but the Consultant soon allayed-all my fears they were totally professional with understanding of,my fears and certainly put me at ease They did not rush me. During my consultation listened and asked relevant questions on the information I had given at all times they explained what they were going to do how the tests they were recommending would alleviate my health problems.i came home feeling I should be better immediately so good was their Dr patient rapport. All the staff from receptionists to,nurses to medics treated me with dignity and showed me they cared about their patients. When attending this type of appointment I needed to be re assured that I would be treated with dignity understanding and empathy and top marks go to all the team in all of these area I feel under this Consultant's care I have every chance of getting back to a more normal energetic life
