(as the patient),

I have been attending Play and Weigh since my son was a few weeks old. We love the group, we have made new friends and had new experiences, drawing pictures, making footprints, learning new rhymes. I was listened to and my views taken seriously.

We are disappointed that the group is not running through the holidays as we will miss it.

Thank you for the feedback, I am really pleased that you enjoy the group. I am sorry that you are disappointed that it is not running over the summer holidays, it is something that we try our best to consult with families over, within the groups but also at the parents forum, where the summer timetable is consulted on. It is difficult to try to retain the same sessions throughout the holidays whilst also trying to provide more varied activites that all of the families come to. We do however welcome your feedback, and would love for you to be part of the parents forum if possible as we are always looking at new ways in which we can provide sessions/events for all of our children. If you are not able to attend, please feel free to speak to me or another member of the team about this further.
