"Restorative Department"

About: New Birmingham Dental Hospital

This morning I have just had my last dental treatment at the Dental Hospital (have been treated at the old and new hospital and having been referred to by my own dentist).

This was done by sedation.

I was very nervous each time I went and each time the staff made me feel very relaxed and calm me down, and sad that if I ever needed fillings redone, just to ask my dentist to refer back to them, and I would do this even though I know I would get in a state about it again.

Dear Ms Berry

Thank you for taking time to post your feedback about your experience of care and treatment at Birmingham Dental Hospital.

The dental team always want their patients to feel as calm and relaxed as possible when undergoing assessment and treatment and they will be delighted to know that they have achieved this with you.

Even though we hope you will not require any more fillings or other dental treatment in the future, we look forward to receiving any referrals your dentist makes in the future.
