My son was on ward 3b on the children's ward for nearly a week with a very serious chest infection. The whole staff team including doctors, nurses, HCA s, play workers, lunchtime staff and cleaners were amazing, they were friendly, kind, caring and informative. It made a very worrying time more bearable and I will never forget the way they looked after my son.
