"Endoscope department"

Today I attended the endoscopy department for a colonoscopy . I can't praise the staff enough for their friendliness , professionalism and curtesy . Although this is an undignified procedure they reassured me and continually checked I was OK in a very dignified manner.

The department was very clean and tidy as you would expect , I couldn't single out an individual member of staff for praise as they were all as good as each other .
