I am a nervous person when it comes to operations but the care from staff was exceptional. The cleanliness and calming atmosphere was just what I needed. Very good service couldn't have asked for more.thank you.

At Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment centre we aim to provide a high quality, efficient and professional patient focused service and it was lovely to hear we have achieved that aim. We recognise that by providing treatment in a calm and caring manner, patient's fears are reduced and the whole experience becomes a positive one, making future admissions to hospital less daunting. Thank you also for your kind comment regarding the cleanliness of the hospital which is down to the dedicated efforts of the housekeeping team.
