"Good service"

I have used this hospital countless times for my children as well as myself. The staff are always really helpful, polite and happy. The services are excellent, thorough, correct and quite quick. People complain of long waiting time in blood tests but when I went at 9.30am on a Monday morning, I was seen right away. I have never had to wait long here. There is always parking spaces, although it can be expensive. I can't grumble. I feel QM in Roehampton is a good example of good NHS services
