Private information openly discussed in waiting area. Poor communication skills regarding information from reception to the clinicians who you will see. If they want to stop people coming they are doing the right thing if you see one particular nurse. The nurse had no empathy, did not communicate well, complained that the patient (me) should have gone to gp. Will be contacting the service provider Nelft
