"Very disappointed"

About: Rowley Regis Hospital

My mother recently spent a week in Rowley Hospital.

I was very disappointed with the care she received.

She was unable to feed herself and the staff did not have time to feed her, she had no hot drinks apart from the ones I took her. No one had any explanation why she had been put in a side room or what was wrong with her. Evidently when you get to 95 you become a burden on the NHS.
