(as the patient),

I received a nice professional welcome from all staff. Consultant Endoscopist and Endoscopy nurses in Theatre were extremely professional and friendly. All three professionals went out of their way to ensure I followed procedures and made me comfortable throughout.

A welcome sandwich and a cup of tea completed the visit.

Queen Margaret's Endoscopy Unit, is easy to find, clean and to be highly recommended.
