I had cause to visit A&E today & Thursday of last week on both occasions I was treated with courtesy from all of the staff beginning with reception right through to consultants,the department was extremely busy & it was evident staff were run off of their feet as a fairly urgent case I was seen promptly,even though extremely busy I was treated with expert medical care courtesy & dignity thank you very much to all the hard working team who were taking abusive & rudeness by several patients&carried on regardless.
