"Receptionist from the Radiology Service so rude."

In my opinion the receptionist from this service needs to have some more training about Customer Service and after my next appointment
I will do a formal complaint.
I am an educated and responsable person and when I had called the Radiology
Service to inform that I will be not attending my appointment because I still with healthy problems and
I know more patienst are in the waiting list and also the exams have cust for the NHS service,
I only want to be informed about the procedures in this situation but the receptionist was so sharp and rude they make me feel like I was a criminal.
I am now so disappointed with the services of your hospital.
