"Melly ward"

My mother was in this ward for approx five weeks.

Certain staff are really passionate about their work and are friendly , helpful and polite . There are other staff members of the ward that even made me depressed with their moaning and incompetence . I think this ward is very demanding on the staff but none the less there work objectives shouldn't change .

I think some of them don't know their elbows from their butts . Overall I was fuming and held back from telling them as not to upset my mothers short lived peace times.

I think more training is the key issue within this ward . If it wasn't for probably two brilliant nurses then it would of been a whole lot worse .i thank the two nurses for their hard,compassionate and caring efforts .
