Following doctor's and one of the nurses' advice I returned to the hospital on June 10th to have my daughter's dressing changed on her finger.
On three different occasions by different people at the hospital, I was told I would not need to wait for more than a few minutes as any nurse could change the dressing for us.
And so we were admitted and waited... For nearly 4 hours!
I asked several nurses to change the dressing for us ( they were congregating in the appointment room) and each of them would order me to wait.
Eventually my time came to see this lovely person who has been very busy on that night with plastering broken limbs who agreed that I should have waited so long to see them!
They sorted my daughter out, all in all, it took them no more than -10 min and it required a skill that any of the other nurses, presumably should have...
Very disappointing.
