"I was admitted to the podiatry ..."

About: Whalton Unit

(as the patient),

Anything else?

I was admitted to the podiatry department, my was very looked after on my 1st appointment in December and was told I would receive some insoles in the post. It is now March and I still haveb't received them. I have tried to contact the hospital countless times and have been passed to every department except the one i need to speak to! It is ridiculous that reception does not know how to put me through and noone has offered to find out the right extention number (the podiatry department is not far from reception!) I have received a letter for my next appointment with the direct number on now but every time i phone, nobody answers and it goes straight to answer phone! There seems to be a sever lack of (competent) staff in this hospital and I intend to write a complaint letter in due course.
