"Cardiac Cath Labs Reception Staff"

You have member of staff sat in the reception in the Cardiac Cath Labs, Well i got there at 8am and i think they should have been working,

But all they done is chat to each other, none of it was about work, all they needed was a bottle of wine and it would have been a night out,

One nurse when up to them and asked about something and they told them to sort it themself this poor nurse was run off of their feet,

If they start work at 8am they was still chatting at 8:45 when i left the area,that 3 x 45mins = 2 hours 15 mins of wasted time, really think this needs looking into. So unprofessional,
