"Lumber Puncture"

I got a phone call on 20/6/16 to arrange a lumber puncture for the next day, very speedy service which I appreciated so I was not worrying for days. I was very nervous and upset when I arrived to the hospital but as soon as I got to Ward E55 I felt so at ease and there was no waiting around. I was able to get straight into my room, the M.S Nurse and their Assistant were the best people I could have been treated by. Both of them were so relaxed and confident in the procedure which made me and my mam feel at ease straight away. They were friendly and discussed everything clearly. At no point did I feel like I was just another patient, I felt they truly cared about me and my health. Amazing and friendly service from start to finish. The procedure was no where near as bad as expected but was definitely made better by the great staff. Thank you!
