Absolutely nothing!
What could be improved
My grandmother pinched a nerve in her back and was taken to this hospital at 5pm. After about 2 hours she received treatment and was told to wait in a chair until an ambulance could take her back home. The ambulance finally took her back at 5am!!! She was left in the chair the whole night! She is 98 years old.
Anything else?
Because of the care experienced by my grandmother at the hands of this hospital, she developed pleurisy. Luckily it looks as though she will recover, but it is due only to her immense strength. I am disgusted.
