icu staff are exceptional!

What could be improved

the lack of doctors and nurses, listening to what the patient is saying! Being told exactly what is happening at the time not days later.

Anything else?

My mum was admitted for very bad stomach pain and during her stay i felt as though she was neglected. The doctor did not listen to what she was saying, this resulted in her having emergency surgery for a burst bowel. She is still very poorly and will be for months to come something that could easily have been avoided!
