"Positive experience"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

I recently had an appointment at the maxillofacial unit in Aberdeen Royal infirmary. I felt very anxious about the appointment but the staff were so nice and reassuring. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses and doctor were lovely. For a service which is obviously very busy it was a very efficient service. I was prepared for a long afternoon waiting but was seen very promptly.

Hospital visits can provoke all sorts of anxieties so it is good to hear that our staff recognise this and work in a way which helps people through their experiences.
