"Smooth experience in Haematology"

I had to see the doctor on this department. Firstly to the out patients with my appointment on a Saturday. Which was good for me, When nI met Dr Baden I and found him very approachable and talked to me not through me as I've experienced with Consultants before then. Also was very surprised to see the technician who took some blood. Who had just started the service on Saturday again very pleased, as it saved me going back on another day. Seeing that I have to rely on someone taking me from Oldham.

Then this Monday  I had to go on ward 46 day care to have an iron infusion and I met the lovely staff nurse called Karen. She was working on her own which meant she was very busy dealing with 4 people and answering the phone which was for ever ringing but she took everything in her stride with it all, keeping all her patients informed as to what she was doing. So all in all a very smooth experience.

So upto now I have a very good experience. And give a special thank you to Dr Baden and Staff nurse Karen.
