"Disappointing treatment/happy ending"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / X-ray and Scans

(as the patient),

I went to my local gp regarding head twitching and stutter my GP called Lister ward and was told to send me straight away I was taken by ambulance. But because we got there 5 minutes after 6pm was told I could no longer be seen as was late and that the staff wanted to go home on time. So was sent to a&e. Whilst in a&e I was treated so well I can not fault the a&e department. Just wish people would communicate better.
