"Lost hearing aid and general services"

I had some items stolen including my left hearing aid , I attended Nye Bevah house drop in

I explained my loss an was treated with understanding and efficiency , the member of staff that attended to me explained due to the circumstances I could possibly claim to have the replacement charge waived ,

I thought this was a good gesture on their part and showed good patient relationship attitude

Their treatment of me was excellent and I would like to think you could pass my thanks on.
