"IUI treatment"

For a service we have to pay for this is an absolute joke. We can never get through to reception on the phone so struggle to make any appointments, when we do make appointments they are consistently late.

Told one thing by nurses; can get an appointment any day to sign consent for IUI no probs five min thing, ring reception to make quick appointment, no sorry can't come then or then have to take time off work for a five min signing session! We can only make these appointments a week in advance because of nature of treatment.

It's beyond a joke if I was paying for treatment anywhere else I believe I would receive better treatment.
