When I came to the service I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was well informed about the therapy sessions and what to expect. This really helped with my self-realisation and to use tools I could apply to alleviate worries and over-thinking certain situations that contributed to my anxiety and depression. I have been able to use these tools further and help others around me with their anxieties and negative thoughts.
Even though some experiences have been difficult. My therapy and mindfulness course has really helped to put things into perspective.
I found the text msgs useful to keep track of appointments helping me not to miss anything especially as my medication has affected my memory.
