I have a possible slipped disc causing sciatica in my bottom and down my left leg I have never been in so much pain in my life I've not been in a hospital since I was very young but I must say I have been treated so well, from the ambulance crew that brought me here to the nurses, carers, cleaners sorry if I have missed anyone out. I am truly amazed,, The spinal ward D4 rocks thank you all for all that you do you are real troopers. There has been so much bad press about the NHS in recent years but being here has totally restored my faith thanks again.

Many thanks for your feedback which I have forwarded to the Trauma and Orthopaedic team and the staff on ward D4.

I hope that you have now fully recovered and sympathise as, having had sciatica myself, I fully understand the pain you must have been in.

I hope you continue to recover.
